A: Yes. We can arrange independent third-party inspection by SGS, BV, Intertek, or as specified by the customer. Witness testing, chemical analysis, mechanical testing, and NDT can all be coordinated prior to shipment.
Q: What is the typical lead time for special alloy bars?
A: For standard grades and sizes in stock, we can ship within 3–7 days. For custom sizes or non-standard grades, typical lead time is 20–30 days depending on quantity and processing requirements. Urgent orders can be accommodated upon request.
Q: Can you meet specific straightness and tolerance requirements?
A: Yes. We can supply bars to specified straightness requirements (e.g., 0.5/1000mm or as agreed), dimensional tolerances, and surface finish. Requirements are reviewed case by case to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
