Products Features

High-Temperature Oxidation Resistance
Forms a dense oxide film even at temperatures above 1100°C, resisting oxidation and carburization erosion, with a service life far exceeding that of stainless steel.

High-Temperature Corrosion Resistance
Shows good resistance to strongly corrosive media such as dry chlorine gas, hydrogen chloride, and hydrofluoric acid, capable of withstanding corrosion in both oxidizing and reducing environments, while also having excellent resistance to pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion.

High Stability
Maintains a stable austenitic structure at both room temperature and high temperatures, is non-magnetic, and is unlikely to undergo microstructural phase transformation after long-term service, with strong retention of dimensions and properties.

Good Processability
Possesses excellent cold and hot working, and welding properties, and can be processed into various forms such as plates, bars, tubes, and forgings to meet different equipment manufacturing requirements.

High-temperature Performance
At 700°C, the tensile strength remains above approximately 350 MPa. At 900°C, the tensile strength remains above approximately 120 MPa.
Long-term usage temperature range: For oxidation/carbon penetration applications, the recommended long-term operating temperature is 700°C to 1150°C.
Maximum intermittent temperature resistance: Up to 1177°C.
Oxidation resistance: In static air at 1100°C, the oxidation rate is extremely low (typically > 0.1 mm/year).
Creep resistance: At 700-900°C and under moderate stress, it exhibits better creep resistance than most austenitic stainless steels.
