High-temperature Performance

High-temperature strength retention:

At 538°C, the tensile strength remains above approximately 1000 MPa; at 650°C, it still stays above approximately 800 MPa.

Long-term operating temperature range

It is recommended for long-term operation within a temperature range of -253°C to 650°C, where it maintains good mechanical properties and stability.

Maximum intermittent temperature resistance:

Up to 700°C (for short-term exposure).

Creep and Stress-Rupture Properties:

It exhibits excellent creep resistance and stress-rupture properties below 650°C, making it suitable for high-temperature load-bearing components such as turbine disks and blades.

Corrosion Resistance:

It has good oxidation resistance in high-temperature environments and shows good corrosion resistance to marine environments, acidic media, and chlorine-containing environments.

Heat Treatment Strengthening Mechanism:

Through solution treatment plus aging heat treatment (solution temperature 940-1010°C, aging treatment 720°C/8h furnace cooled to 620°C/8h), γ\" and γ' precipitation strengthening phases are obtained, achieving excellent high-temperature strength.
