Custom Alloy Forgings and Castings Made to Your Specifications

Our custom manufacturing process is organized around your component drawings, material requirements, technical specifications, production quantity, and inspection requirements.

01

Material Preparation
Material Preparation
We review your drawings, 3D models, material specifications, dimensions, tolerances, quantities, and other technical requirements to confirm the component and project requirements before production.
02

Profile Forming
Profile Forming
We process prepared materials into standard profiles or custom-section profiles based on the required geometry, dimensions, and manufacturing specifications.
03

Heat Treatment
Heat Treatment
Heat treatment is performed according to the material grade and specified mechanical property requirements. Applicable treatments may include solution treatment, annealing, aging, or other specified processes to achieve the required material condition and performance.
04

Straightening & Surface Finishing
Straightening & Surface Finishing
Profiles can undergo straightening, cutting, deburring, and surface finishing to meet specified dimensional, straightness, surface, and appearance requirements.
05

Secondary Processing
Secondary Processing
For projects requiring various profiles, we can arrange secondary processing and assembly services based on drawings, component specifications, and project requirements.
06

Final Inspection & Packaging
Final Inspection & Packaging
Before the finished profiles and cut-to-length parts are shipped, we conduct a final inspection and package them to ensure safe delivery to the customer.
Quality Assurance for Custom Alloy Sections & Profiles
Material Verification

Material
Verification

We verify material grades and material conditions against the specified requirements. Where applicable, heat or batch numbers are retained to support material traceability throughout production and inspection.
Dimensional & Profile Inspection

Dimensional & Profile Inspection

We inspect critical dimensions such as width, height, diameter, wall thickness, profile length, and cross-sectional geometry according to customer drawings, specified tolerances, and technical requirements.
Surface & Appearance Inspection

Surface & Appearance Inspection

We inspect the surface condition of finished profiles for visible defects and confirm that the required surface finish or treatment meets the specified requirements.
Mechanical & Material Testing

Mechanical & Material Testing

We conduct mechanical and material tests-such as tensile, impact, and hardness tests-on the profiles in accordance with alloy grades and project requirements.

FAQ
Q: How do you ensure the duplex 904L angle bars are protected during long sea voyages?
Q: Can you ship to our site, or do we need to arrange our own freight forwarder?
A: Absolutely. We support FOB, CFR, and CIF terms to any major port worldwide. Additionally, we have strong partnerships with international logistics providers, allowing us to offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and door-to-door delivery services for your convenience.
Q: What is your production lead time and what factors can affect it?
A: For standard mill stock items (like common 304/316L angles), lead time is usually 7 to 10 days. For customized special alloys (like 904L or duplex), production requires roughly 15 to 25 days, depending on the specific melting capacity and quantity. We will provide you with a confirmed production schedule within 24 hours of your order confirmation.
Q: Can you provide samples or test certificates (MTC) before we place a bulk order?
A: Yes. We can provide physical samples for your testing (samples are free, the client covers the courier fee). More importantly, we can provide Mill Test Certificates (EN 10204 3.1) issued directly by our own factory, ensuring full material traceability and chemical composition compliance before mass production.
Q: How do you guarantee the quality of the steel profiles? What if there is a problem?
A: Our factory is ISO 9001 certified. Every batch of materials comes with a Mill Test Certificate (EN 10204 3.1). Furthermore, we accept Third-Party Inspection (SGS, BV, TUV) before shipment. If you encounter any manufacturing defects, we offer a "Replacement or Full Refund" guarantee.
