Products Features

Excellent High-temperature Strength and Creep Resistance
Strengthened by γ' phase precipitation, it maintains excellent tensile strength and creep resistance at high temperatures, making it suitable for rotating parts and structural components subjected to long-term high-temperature loads, outperforming conventional austenitic stainless steels.

Excellent Antioxidant and Corrosion Resistance
It exhibits good oxidation resistance and gas corrosion resistance at high temperatures. Additionally, it shows good corrosion resistance to chloride ions and various chemical media, making it suitable for industrial furnaces, heat treatment equipment, and high-temperature chemical environments.

Good Machining and Welding Properties
It exhibits favorable cold and hot working properties, allowing forming and welding through conventional processes. Suitable for manufacturing complex parts such as springs, bolts, blades, fasteners, and high-temperature structural components.

High-Temperature Performance
At 700°C, the tensile strength remains above approximately 700 MPa. At 800°C, the tensile strength remains above approximately 400 MPa.
Long-Term Operating Temperature Range: It is recommended that the long-term operating temperature range be -200°C to 800°C.
Maximum Intermittent Temperature Resistance: Maximum temperature of 980°C.
Oxidation Resistance: It has good oxidation resistance below 980°C, with a dense and well-adhered oxide film.
Creep Resistance: At 700-800 °C and under moderate stress, its creep properties are superior to those of most precipitation-hardened stainless steels.
