Products Features

Outstanding Corrosion Resistance
Exhibits excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in high-temperature and high-pressure acidic environments containing H₂S, CO₂, and Cl⁻. It is suitable for acidic service environments requiring compliance with the NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 standard.

High Strength and Fatigue Resistance
Through precipitation hardening treatment, it maintains strength and fatigue resistance far higher than 625 alloy over a temperature range from room temperature up to approximately 700°C, making it suitable for manufacturing downhole components and connectors subjected to high cyclic loads.

Good Machining and Welding Properties
Although it has higher strength, it can still be cold and hot worked as well as welded using appropriate processes, making it suitable for manufacturing complex-shaped components such as bars, forgings, wires, and fasteners.

High-Temperature Performance
At 600°C, the tensile strength remains above approximately 800 MPa.
Long-Term Usage Temperature Range: It is recommended that the long-term operating temperature range be -200°C to 700°C.
Maximum Intermittent Heat Resistance: Up to 700°C (more dependent on the stability of precipitation-hardening phases).
Antioxidation: It exhibits good oxidation resistance below 700°C, making it suitable for high-stress service environments.
Creep Resistance: It demonstrates excellent creep resistance below 600°C, outperforming most precipitation-hardened stainless steels.
