Products Features

Excellent resistance to reduction acid corrosion.
It exhibits outstanding corrosion resistance in acidic media such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and nitric acid, particularly suitable for conditions where sulfuric acid concentration is ≤70% and temperature is ≤80°C. It outperforms ordinary stainless steels and most nickel-based alloys.

Excellent resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking.
Rich in nickel and molybdenum, it exhibits exceptional resistance to stress corrosion cracking in chloride-containing environments, making it suitable for marine engineering, saltwater cooling systems, and chemical processing equipment.

Excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance and heat-resistant corrosion.
It exhibits good oxidation resistance below 980°C and can withstand corrosion from sulfur-containing atmospheres, making it suitable for high-temperature heat exchangers, flue gas treatment, and industrial furnace components.

Good machining and welding performance.
It has excellent cold and hot working properties and can be connected using conventional welding processes (such as TIG, MIG, and submerged arc welding). It is suitable for manufacturing pipes, vessels, valves, and complex structural components.

High-temperature performance
Tensile strength remains above approximately 450 MPa at 540°C.
The recommended long-term service temperature range is -200°C to 540°C (with intermittent use up to 980°C in oxidizing environments).
Maximum intermittent temperature resistance: Up to 980°C (primarily for oxidation resistance, with a decrease in strength).
Oxidation resistance: Exhibits good oxidation resistance below 980°C with a dense oxide film.
Resistance to stress corrosion cracking: In chloride and acidic environments, its resistance to stress corrosion cracking is superior to that of 304 and 316 stainless steels.
