Products Features

Excellent corrosion resistance.
It exhibits outstanding corrosion resistance in sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid, and mixed acid media, particularly suitable for hot sulfuric acid environments. The addition of copper significantly enhances tolerance to reducing acids.

Excellent resistance to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking.
The nickel-iron-chromium matrix, combined with a stable austenitic structure, provides superior resistance to stress corrosion cracking in chloride-containing environments, outperforming conventional stainless steels such as 304 and 316.

Good machining and welding performance.
It can be welded using conventional welding processes (such as TIG, MIG, and manual arc welding) without requiring special post-weld heat treatment. Suitable for manufacturing chemical equipment such as tower vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers, flanges, valves, and piping systems.
