Products Features

Excellent high-temperature strength
Maintains high tensile and creep strength within the 500-900°C range, making it suitable for pressure vessels and piping systems subjected to long-term high-temperature loads, with performance superior to conventional stainless steels.

Good antioxidant and anti-carburization properties
A dense oxide film forms in high-temperature environments, exhibiting good oxidation resistance as well as resistance to carbon and nitrogen penetration. It is suitable for high-temperature applications such as petrochemical cracking tubes, conversion tubes, and heat treatment fixtures.

Good machining and welding properties
It has good hot and cold working properties and can be formed and welded using conventional processes. It is suitable for manufacturing complex parts such as furnace tubes, heat exchangers, flanges, fasteners, and high-temperature structural components.

Chloride ion stress corrosion cracking
The nickel-iron-chromium matrix, combined with a stable austenitic structure, provides excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking.
